At Rainbow Rockies, we want every experience to feel magical. But if life throws you a plot twist, we’ve got your back with a flexible, fair, and delightfully human refund policy.

 

🌦️ Customer Cancellations

14+ days before your adventure: 

No worries at all — you’ll get a full refund, no questions asked and no hard feelings.

 

7–14 days before: 

You’ll receive a 50% refund or a full credit to use on a future Rainbow Rockies experience.

 

Less than 7 days before: 

We’ve already packed the metaphorical backpacks, so refunds aren’t available — but we’ll happily try to reschedule you if we can.

 

🚫 No‑Show Shenanigans

If you ghost us on the day of your booking, we can’t offer a refund or credit. We still love you, though.

 

🌈 If We Need to Cancel

Sometimes Mother Nature or unexpected events step in. If we need to cancel:

 

You can choose a full refund or Reschedule at no extra cost Either way, we’ll make it right.

 

💳 Refund Timing

Refunds head back to your original payment method and usually take 5–10 business days to complete their journey home.

 

🎁 Non‑Refundable Goodies

Some items are final sale, including:

Gift cards

Special‑event tickets

Custom or personalized products

Third‑party add‑ons (subject to their own rules)

 

🔄 Changing Your Plans

Need to tweak your date, time, or group size? Let us know at least 48 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to make the magic happen.
