Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Rainbow Rockies Shuttle Service (“we,” “us,” “our”). By booking or using our shuttle services, you (“you,” “the customer,” “passenger”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully — they help keep our journeys smooth, safe, and sparkly.

 

2. Booking & Payment

All bookings must be made through our official website, phone line, or approved partners.

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Prices are listed in CAD and may vary based on season, route, or demand.

Group bookings, private shuttles, or special events may require deposits.

 

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund rules follow the Rainbow Rockies Refund Policy. In short:

14+ days before departure: Full refund

7–14 days: 50% refund or full credit

Less than 7 days: No refund, but rescheduling may be possible

 

No‑shows: No refund

If we cancel due to weather, safety, or operational issues, you may choose a full refund or reschedule.

 

4. Passenger Responsibilities

To keep the ride safe and enjoyable for everyone, passengers agree to:

Arrive at the pickup point at least 10 minutes early.

Provide accurate contact information for updates or delays.

Follow all driver instructions regarding safety, luggage, and seating.

Treat staff and fellow passengers with respect — kindness is part of the Rainbow Rockies vibe.

Avoid disruptive, unsafe, or illegal behavior.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone whose behavior jeopardizes safety or comfort.

 

5. Luggage & Personal Items

Each passenger may bring standard luggage as specified during booking.

Oversized or specialty items (skis, bikes, instruments, etc.) must be declared in advance and may incur additional fees.

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items unless caused by our negligence.

Passengers are responsible for loading and unloading their own belongings unless assistance is offered.

 

6. Delays & Schedule Changes

We strive to run on time, but delays may occur due to weather, traffic, road closures, or other factors beyond our control. We are not liable for missed connections, events, or appointments caused by delays.

If major schedule changes occur, we will notify passengers as soon as possible.

 

7. Safety & Conduct

Seatbelts must be worn at all times when the vehicle is in motion.

Eating or drinking may be restricted depending on the route.

 

Alcohol, drugs, and hazardous materials are not permitted.

Children under applicable provincial regulations must use appropriate car seats or boosters, provided by the passenger unless otherwise arranged.

 

8. Accessibility

Rainbow Rockies is committed to inclusive travel. If you require accessibility accommodations, please contact us in advance so we can do our best to support your needs.

 

9. Liability

Rainbow Rockies is not liable for injuries, losses, or damages arising from circumstances outside our control, including weather, road conditions, or passenger actions.

Our maximum liability is limited to the cost of the shuttle ticket purchased.

 

10. Privacy

We collect only the information necessary to provide shuttle services. For details on how your data is handled, please refer to the Rainbow Rockies Privacy statement on our website

 

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website.
